I am a bit confused on what the fourth principal at each high school will now be doing as there are no athletics. It has always been said that one of the principals is the athletic director and his job is to manage athletics and extra-curricular activities. I was told by a teacher prior to the levy being placed on the ballot, that this position entails all extra-curricular activities and sports, he is also the boss of the janitors. With the loss of extra-curricular activities and sports what will the principal that is the athletic director be doing now? Sources:http://www.centralcrossingcomets.com/ (Note Left Hand Side, "Zoraba Ross Athletic Director/Asst. Principal" www.grovecitygreyhounds.com/ (Note Left Hand Side "Thomas Willison Athletic Director" (He is also hired and still hired as an asst. principal). (Other two schools omitted because I couldn't find their respective athletic websites, but I can assume they are in the same boat as GCHS and CCHS.)

I have seen it documented that part of the cuts are all athletic directors. I also saw it in the Dispatch this weekend when talking about the coaches leaving. It was in this past Sunday's paper. It should be available on line.

Yes I have seen that also, but I believe that is referring to the Athletic Supervisor who works at the High Schools.

From the dispatch article: Ron Hutcheson was an athletic supervisor, not an athletic director a small typo in the article. The athletic director is Asst. Principal Willison. 11: www.grovecitygreyhounds.com/
